WHAT IS OUR SERVICE?
An Alarm Panel along with peripheral devices is installed at the customer premises. The Panel is linked to our Central Monitoring Station (CMS) located in Karachi either through PSTN or GSM network. Once the Alarm is confirmed, the QRF is directed to reach the customer within 5 minutes. If required, Police or other rescue services are also informed immediately.

CENTRAL MONITORING STATION
The CMS is operated on 24/7 basis. It houses the server, software and other hardware required to communicate with the Panels under all circumstances (Redundancy) and manned by trained professionals with an aim to achieve the following: -
  1. Handle customer complaints on Help Line (111-030-030).
  2. Pass on instructions to QRF and receive feedback from them once they reach the alarm site
  3. Communicate with customers upon receiving an Alarm, confirm PIN and also keep them in picture regarding the status of the QRF.
  4. Maintain record of all incidents for achieving customer satisfaction.
  5. When required, to liaison with external agencies like Police, Rescue, Ambulance and Fire service etc.
